Beauty Consultant Birmingham - House of Fraser, Solihull - Part Time 22.5 hours / 3 days

Main Responsibilities

As an ambassador for our Maison, you embody and transmit Guerlain's values to your customers. Under the responsibility of the Account Manager and Assistant Managers, you will ensure the development of your sales while guaranteeing excellent customer service.

Customer Service
  • Provide your customers with a unique experience by creating a sincere bond: warm welcome, building trust, mutual discovery, embodying the "Guerlain promise".
  • Develop a unique customer experience and irreproachable service: active listening, personalized services and proposals (make-up, skincare, perfume consultation), storytelling.
  • Build a regular clientele and develop local and international clients using tools like clientelling, phoning, and store animations.
  • Participate in and propose actions based on customer satisfaction questionnaires.
Sales Development
  • Apply the Guerlain selling method.
  • Achieve and follow up on individual and team objectives.
Team and Store Engagement
  • Embodies Guerlain's values and fosters team spirit.
  • Participates in briefings and shares information.
  • Contributes to the smooth operation of the counter, respecting retail excellence and sales procedures (checkout, merchandising, stock management).
  • Maintains grooming standards (uniform, makeup, hair, manicure).
