A specialist firm in fire systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to generate leads and sell services to facilities management companies. Overview

My client is a specialist provider of fire alarm systems. They have been established for over 20 years and have a well established client base and a good market reputation. They have ambitious growth plans and are looking to employ a business development manager with experience of fire alarm systems, or selling service to facilities management companies. You will be a hunter, who has the drive and initiative to generate new leads and hunt down possibilities. The head office is based in North London, but you will be home based and will be working in a field sales role visiting clients.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and pursue new business opportunities (hunter mindset).
  • Sell fire alarm systems or services to facilities management companies and related stakeholders.
  • Visit clients in the field as part of a field sales role.
  • Report into the Business Development Director and contribute to growth plans.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experience of fire alarm systems, or selling service to facilities management companies.
  • Proven track record in field sales and new business development.
  • Located to work from home with travel to client sites; head office in North London.
Salary and Benefits
