The London office is central to the firm's cross-border work and international growth strategy. We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Business Development Coordinator to support our business development initiatives in the UK and EMEA region and to enhance the continued growth and visibility of the London office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with pitch and RFP responses, credential statements and bios.
  • Support the production of brochures, promotional material and other marketing collateral.
  • Help execute other internal and external communications including thought leadership and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the delivery of both in-person and virtual client events, roundtables, seminars, and sponsorships including preparing mailing lists and tracking return on investment.
  • Support on the production of legal directory submissions and awards nominations.
  • Support initiatives to promote client relationship management.
  • Conduct market and competitor research and support client mapping exercises.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, client intelligence, and credentials records.
  • Work closely with the BD team and other stakeholders on other strategic BD and marketing initiatives and firmwide projects, as needed.
Person Specification
  • 1-2 years of business development and/or marketing experience in an international law firm or professional services environment.
  • An understanding of the UK legal market and experience working with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Highly organised and confident managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Professional maturity and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to spend four days in office, on average, each week.
  • Full rights to work in the UK.

Senior BD Leadership in the London office.
