Qualifications

  • Proven bathroom showroom sales experience is essential.
  • Deep product knowledge in bathroom suites, tiles, brassware, and sanitaryware is required.

Bathroom Sales Executive

Salary: Negotiable

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Watford, WD25

About the Role

You’ll be the go-to expert for bathroom solutions, managing inbound enquiries, converting leads into sales, and providing tailored advice to trade and retail customers. Your role will combine product knowledge, customer service, and commercial awareness to help clients create their dream bathrooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all bathroom sales enquiries with confidence and expertise
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and retail customers
  • Provide specialist product advice and design tailored bathroom solutions
  • Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and follow up on leads
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales performance
  • Collaborate with showroom and supplier teams for seamless delivery
  • Re-engage lapsed accounts and upsell within the Watford area
  • Support bathroom product promotions and marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Proven bathroom showroom sales experience (essential)
  • Deep product knowledge across bathroom suites, tiles, brassware, and sanitaryware
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with strong multitasking ability
  • Customer-focused with commercial awareness
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting (preferred)
  • Kitchens sales experience (highly desirable)
