Location: Heathrow Airport, Terminal 5, Concorde Lounge

Salary: 14.41 per hour, OT; 18.01 per hour, subject to terms

Job Description

• Service – prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to an agreed specification. To prepare speciality coffees and other hot drinks. Interact with customers, take orders, mix drinks and offer snacks.
• Customer Service – provide excellent service by being attentive to passenger needs at every point on their customer journey. Answer questions and address concerns in a friendly manner.
• Teamwork – collaborate with all other staff to ensure smooth operations and contribute to an inclusive and safe working environment.
• Adherence to Regulations – comply with health and safety regulations, and any location-specific food service or catering guidelines.
• Cleanliness – maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Flexibility – follow our rotating shift pattern, including a combination of early and late eight-hour shifts, with lounge opening times from 04:30 to 22:30.
