The Manor Club is an exciting new venue opening in March 2025 , and we are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders to join our opening team. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate hospitality professionals who take pride in great drinks and exceptional service.

The Ideal Candidate Will :

• Have strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, spirits, and draft beers
• Be confident in preparing and presenting drinks to a high standard
• Show enthusiasm for learning and contributing ideas to the bar offering
• Be reliable, professional , and interested in a long-term role
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Have previous bar experience and relevant qualifications
• Be available for full-time or part-time hours , including evenings and weekends
• Have an interest in premium experiences, with an opportunity to learn cigar knowledge

Responsibilities :

Prepare and serve all drinks to specification and quality standards

Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar

Assist with stock management, rotation, and deliveries

Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Support the Bar Manager and wider team when required

Contribute ideas for new drinks, cocktails, or specials to enhance the menu

£13-£16 per hour plus service charge
