We’re looking for a Bartender to join our team at our London St Paul\'s location.

Key Responsibilities of the Bartender:

  • Support the day-to-day running of the bar by preparing your station, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Work closely with fellow bartenders and bar support staff, communicating effectively to deliver a seamless guest experience and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Deliver drinks to spec with consistency and quality, supporting the rollout of seasonal menus and promotions as directed by the Bar Manager.
  • Ensure guests receive excellent beverage service with consistency, speed, and hospitality, creating an inviting and memorable bar atmosphere.
  • Monitor stock levels at your station and flag low or missing items. Handle ingredients and equipment responsibly to help minimise waste.
  • Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere by engaging with guests, serving drinks quickly and accurately, and maintaining high standards of presentation and hospitality.

If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:

  • Working in a busy bar team, with a familiarity with drinks pre-order packages.
  • Experience in cocktail making/mixology.
