• Communicate with kitchen staff and cooperate with other serving staff.

• Setting and arranging tables
• Presenting menus and beverage lists
• Opening bottles and pouring beverages
• Clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen

• Adhering to all relevant health department rules and regulations
