Qualifications

• Experience of working as a Barista, or in a hospitality environment.
• Confidence to coach and train others in an inclusive manner.
• Good planning and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve a range of drinks to customers quickly and efficiently.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Review stock levels and follow policies and procedures.
• Support team members looking to develop as Baristas.
• Resolve customer complaints where possible.
