• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as food items, following established recipes and quality standards.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the caf by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and the overall environment regularly.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations, including restocking supplies, assisting in inventory management, and supporting each other during busy periods.

  You'll ideally have worked in a restaurant or caf setting before and come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality. Our luxury cafes feature seasonal farm to fork dishes in a relaxed and warm setting, as a Barista/Bartender you will be an ambassador for the Daylesford brand and offer an engaged service to our cliental.
• Salary : 12.38 per hour plus tronc - Weekly Pay HOURS: 40 hours including weekends,
