Role: Bar Staff

Hours: Casual Contract - flexilble hours to suit you

Hourly Rate: Up to £12.21 per hour plus extensive benefits

Carden Park Hotel are looking for passionate team members to join their bar teams. We have a variety of shifts available that would suit those looking for flexibility. If you’re passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a creative mixology flare, then we would love to meet you!

Your day with Team Carden:

• Providing guests with exceptional and personable guest service
• Creating and dispensing a variety of drinks, including cocktails
• You will have thorough knowledge of our menus, with the ability to provide guest’s with information required whilst taking food and drink orders
• Preparing for restaurant, events and bar service, as well as close down at end of the shift
• Maximising sales via hospitable and knowledgeable service

Carden Park is committed to nurturing and supporting staff through various qualifications and upskilling during employment. Cocktail masterclasses are provided by our experienced sommelier.

You don’t need to be an expert cocktail maker or have had previous bars experience, just the passion and motivation to do well and have a passion for providing excellent guest service. You will work well in a team, as well as have the ability to work independently when required. We are looking for someone to be remarkable, with a good eye for detail who takes pride in providing the best possible service.

We are inviting those who are over 18 to join us to support the team during the day/evening and weekends in one of our bars.
