We’re excited to be partnering once again with a standout hotel in the Cotswolds, this time in search of a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day running of their lively bar and lounge spaces.

This is no ordinary bar role; it’s your chance to shape the beverage offering of a creative and casual hotel environment that champions quality drinks, personal service, and relaxed luxury. If you're someone who knows their way around a cocktail list, loves crafting memorable guest experiences, and enjoys leading a team with energy and enthusiasm, this could be the ideal next step!

Due to the location of the hotel, your own transport is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the bar team to deliver fast, friendly and knowledgeable service
  • Overseeing the creation and presentation of drinks, from signature cocktails to local beers and fine wines
  • Ensuring a clean, welcoming and well‑stocked bar environment
  • Training, motivating and developing junior staff to reach their full potential
  • Supporting the wider F&B operation with events and private functions
  • Taking ownership of stock control, ordering and cost management
  • Being a visible and approachable leader who sets the tone for a brilliant guest experience
