Bar Manager - £30K | Reading | Immediate Start

Location : Reading Contract : Full-time

Salary : £30,000 per annum equivalent

Start Date : Immediate

Hours : Flexible shifts across 7 days (operation runs 7am-Midnight)

Typical Schedule : 4 days on, 3 days off (approx. 37.5 hours / week)

Your Role

• Manage day‑to‑day bar operations across multiple venues
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of student bar staff
• Ensure compliance with alcohol licensing and safety standards
• Maintain high levels of customer service and team performance
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier coordinationHandle payment systems and financial procedures
• Innovate with drinks menus, promotions, and service ideas
