As Bar & Lounge Manager, you’ll oversee the hotel’s elegant bar and lounge areas, leading your team to deliver seamless, five-star service. From afternoon teas to bespoke cocktails, you’ll create an inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the hotel’s refined setting.

Responsibilities as the Bar & Lounge Manager…

• Leading, training, and motivating your bar and lounge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Overseeing daily operations, ensuring impeccable standards across all areas
• Developing creative beverage offerings and seasonal cocktail menus
• Managing stock, budgets, and cost control efficiently
• Working closely with senior management to maintain smooth service across the hotel
