A boutique hotel chain in Aberdeen is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to ensure outstanding guest service and manage daily operations. This role provides opportunities for internal progression. Ideal candidates will have experience in the restaurant/bar industry, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Rate of pay £12.76 per hour / 40 hours per week

You will already have experience in working within a busy restaurant and/or bar and be looking for the next step in your career. You will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the management team to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.
We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. Shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering high standards and guest satisfaction, with the ability to work well in a team and manage guest expectations to achieve celebrity service.
