The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar and Lounge Manager to lead our team of 11 and elevate our bar and lounge offerings. You will oversee all aspects of bar operations, ensuring exceptional service, innovative mixology, and memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 11 bar and lounge staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Oversee the delivery of exceptional lounge service, ensuring guests receive a warm, professional, and memorable experience.
• Drive creativity in cocktail design and mixology, curating an innovative and exciting beverage menu.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory to ensure efficient bar operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service for events, dining, and special occasions.
• Train and develop team members to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and care.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-end hospitality environment.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, mixology, and lounge service, with a passion for creating innovative drinks.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading a team (ideally 10+ staff).
• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational and stock management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
