Bank Support Worker

Salary: £12.21 per hour

Service: Affinity Supporting People South Limited – Liverpool (part of National Care Group). Affinity Supporting People South Limited provides supported living services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, mental health, and challenging behaviours. The aim is to deliver person-centred care that empowers each individual to reach their goals and fulfil their aspirations.

Responsibilities
  • You will work with young adults who have complex needs.
  • Build positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
  • Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
  • Assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
  • Help plan and participate in days out and activities they wish to enjoy.
  • Make a positive impact by supporting individuals to become more independent where possible.
