Job description

Role: Bank Support Worker

Salary: £12.46 per hour

Service: Brighton Road, CR8 2LR

Your Role

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. Through understanding the needs of the people you support; you’ll provide exceptional care that truly changes lives.

Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences. Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions. Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others, too.

Your Service

Brighton Road is a friendly, happy home where there’s always something fun to do. The people who live here enjoy music and have disco nights in their living room, firing up a BBQ in the garden or enjoying a bicycle ride together with the team. There are many social activities around the house, but residents are also supported to find their own hobbies and work towards their goals independently.
