Signature at Ascot are holding weekly drop in sessions on Fridays starting 10th October 2025 from 11am to 3pm. You can pop in at any time and meet our friendly team, take a look around our beautiful home and discuss available opportunities. If you bring your updated CV you may be able to have an interview on the day!

Responsibilities
  • Run a defined area of the home with authority and accountability to make care decisions.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of your care area and provide personal care to residents.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the care team; manage monthly routine medication and supervise the team when delivering it.
  • Respond to any and all emergency situations.
  • Act as a named nurse for individual residents and focus on their needs assessments and personal care plans.
  • Review care plans in line with Signature policy bi-monthly and develop strong relationships with residents to involve them in care decisions.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Mentor the care services team and share specialist knowledge to uphold high standards of care.
Qualifications
  • Active NMC registration.
  • Awareness of CQC regulations.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety and COSHH regulations.
  • Post-registration qualifications are a big advantage.
