A private healthcare provider in Newport is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to ensure a high standard of patient care. This role involves assessing and treating patients while managing a caseload and supporting colleagues in a collaborative environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in various treatment settings and possess a relevant degree in physiotherapy. The position requires participation in weekend and evening shifts as needed and offers the chance to work in a supportive and innovative healthcare setting.
You will assist with the clinical responsibilities pertaining to theeveryday organisation and efficient running of the physiotherapy service,including in-patient on a weekend rota.
You will ensure the provision of a comprehensivephysiotherapy service, ensuring that all treatments and interventions are of aconsistently high standard, evidence informed and patient focused.

You will be responsible for assisting in prioritising patient referrals, allocating and organising the work of colleagues and assistant staff to meet service priorities on a daily basis.
You will be responsible for organising and planning your own caseload to meet service and patient priorities.
You will adopt a flexible and participative approach to innovation and change and promote patients individuality and dignity at all times.
You will be required to participate in evening, weekend and bank holiday working in conjunction with meeting the service needs of the Centre and hospital.
You will be required to participate in CPD sessions/initiatives and in-service training programmes.
You will be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of your own work including the management of patients in your care.
