A leading healthcare organization in Greater London seeks a Bank Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their multi-disciplinary team. The nurse will support mental health patients at the Homerton University Hospital. Key responsibilities include implementing care plans, engaging with patients, and participating in the management of clinical emergencies. The post holder will work as a member of the multi‑disciplinary team throughout the Homerton supporting temporary staffing requests. They will use their professional skill set and calming influence to identify and support patients presenting with mental health needs, supporting the implementation and engagement of care plans.
The RMN will be part of the multi‑disciplinary team providing care to patients who present to the Homerton University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
