Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Bank Cleaner at our CQC Registered, Mental Health Service at Sidegate Lane in Ipswich. The position is referred to internally as Domestic Assistant.

Role

Bank Cleaner

Pay: £1 2.21 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Providing a personalised domestic service to customers, fulfilling housekeeping, cleaning and domestic tasks to meet customers’ needs
  • Ensuring a clean, comfortable and safe environment is maintained in the communal and service areas
  • Responsible for the daily use of housekeeping equipment
  • Monitoring of stock levels and reordering of supplies
Skills and experience
  • Experience is not essential however some experience of undertaking general housekeeping or domestic duties would be desirable
  • An approachable, caring and compassionate attitude is essential
  • Enthusiastic and flexible with a strong “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to demonstrate a competent level of numeracy and literacy
