A leading healthcare provider in London is seeking experienced Emergency Department nurses for flexible work with their Staff Bank. Candidates will provide compassionate and individualized care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal applicant should hold an NMC registration and have at least 6 months of NHS experience in an emergency setting. Main duties of the job
  • To maintain a professional manner at all times,developing the role of the midwife in the best interests of the profession andthe client in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct and Trust Policies.
  • Provide and perform high quality, effective,individualised care to all patients in a compassionate and caring way, in fastand challenging Emergency Department environment.
  • Be dedicated to deliver a first-class serviceand be flexible to work across the Emergency Department.
  • Monitor patients progression, work towards safeand timely discharge plans and ensure barriers to discharge are identified andacted on appropriately.
