Location: South London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday,9:00-5:30pm (with 60 mins break)
Rate: £30- £37

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Wards and Dispensary Pharmacist to join our team in South London. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic healthcare environment, providing specialized pharmaceutical care in both clinical wards and the dispensary. Responsibilities:

As a Locum Wards and Dispensary Pharmacist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients in both clinical wards and the dispensary. Your duties will include reviewing and managing medication therapies, providing clinical advice to healthcare professionals, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. You will also be involved in patient education, supporting the multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols. Your expertise in both ward-based and dispensary pharmacotherapy will be essential in optimizing medication management for our patients.
