Job Title: Locum ACT Pharmacy Technician Banding : 5 Location : London Duration: Until April 2025 Rate : £20 - £25 Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 09:00 am to 1 7:30 pm or 09:30 to 18:00pm

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum ACT Pharmacy Technician to join our team in London. This role involves managing high-cost medications and ensuring the accuracy and safety of medication dispensing. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic healthcare environment, contributing to the efficient operation of the pharmacy and supporting the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

As a Locum ACT Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for performing final accuracy checks on dispensed medications, managing high-cost medications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care. Your role will include managing inventory, assisting with the preparation of medications, and providing support and guidance to junior pharmacy staff. Additionally, you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the pharmacy services.
