An independent community health provider in Hawley seeks a proactive Speech and Language Therapist to join their team on a part-time basis (22.5 hours/week). You will lead the therapy team, handle planning and coordination of services, and work primarily at Gravesham Community Hospital. A large proportion of our intervention is currently delivered via telehealth (phone and video consultations) and we have worked hard to find creative ways to ensure we are meeting patients' needs. You will work as Team Lead of the community Speech and Language Therapy team in North Kent. This includes planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating the Speech and Language Therapy Service on a day‑to‑day basis.
