The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 7 Pharmacist specializing in Mental Health to join our team in Essex. We are open to considering Band 6 candidates with relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
You will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to mental health patients. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal medication management. You will conduct medication reviews and provide clinical advice on psychotropic medications. You will support and educate healthcare staff on mental health pharmacotherapy. You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
