Deliver comprehensive pharmacy services, ensuring optimal care and support to patients on the wards
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to manage patient medication therapies and provide advice on efficient drug utilisation
Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective use of medications
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements
Support the dispensary team and provide specialist knowledge when needed

To qualify for this role, you must have at least one year of NHS ward experience with face-to-face patient interaction, and holding an HCPC registration is essential.
