Location: The Grange, East Hull, UK
Salary: £26.00 Hourly
Contract Type: Ongoing, Full Time (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)

What You Will Do
  • Manage a defined caseload of adults with diverse and complex mental health needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and risk evaluations under the Care Programme Approach (CPA).
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans that promote recovery, independence, and wellbeing.
  • Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions to support service users’ mental health recovery journeys.
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and professionals across health and social care.
  • Participate in MDT meetings and contribute to case discussions and service development.
  • Respond to mental health crises, ensuring appropriate risk management and safeguarding processes are followed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation on electronic systems.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and students, supporting their professional growth.
  • Engage in clinical supervision and reflective practice to ensure continuous improvement and NMC compliance.
