A healthcare organization in Carlisle is seeking a Band 5 Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient-focused care. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. In this role, you will assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care on a general medical and respiratory ward. Band 5 Staff Nurse 75hrs available per week (full time / part time)

Beech AB is a general medical and respiratory ward, which receives general medical transfers from EMAU, Coronary Care unit, high dependency unit, and other wards both within and outside the trust.
Our staff nurses provide a high quality service in a safe environment where the needs to each patient are cared for in a professional and holistic manner by using all available specialist knowledge and skills. The wellbeing of all our patients relies on appropriate and timely assessment, investigation, treatment and care.
In joining our team, you will bring your skills and passion to provide the highest quality patient-focused care and compassion for our patients. You must be a team player with excellent communications skills and have the ability to work using your own initiative as well as part of the wider team.
Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care, providing the prescribed nursing care without supervision. Contribute to the development and evaluation of nursing practice in the unit.
