Overview

We''re looking for enthusiastic and passionate Band 5 Community Nurses to join our friendly and welcoming Community Nursing team based in Gravesend, North Kent to help us to continue to change things for the better. This is a mixture of face to face, e-Learning and workshop based learning to support your development in your chosen career pathway. Gravesham Community Hospital is located a short distance from St Georges Shopping Centre and is surrounded by well-known food establishments and local coffee shops making it an ideal location to be based from. We have a full time (37.5 hours per week) opportunity and part time (22.5 hours per week) opportunity. The community nursing team works across 7 days per week 08.00 - 20.00. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.

This is an opportunity to put your NMC/ 1st level registration to great use, you will have the ability to work both independently and also as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. It is expected that you should have strong communication and organisation skills and a flexible approach which will ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey. You''ll care for patients and their families in the way that you believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work to help us continue to change things for the better.
