Salary:£33,000 – £38,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Working Hours:Full-time

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join their team across two specialist neurological centres in Sawbridgeworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a purpose-built environment, supporting adults with complex neurological conditions including acquired brain injury, spinal injury, and neuroprogressive disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting and assisting in the assessment, planning, and implementation of patient rehabilitation care
  • Delivering physiotherapy services in collaboration with the Head of Therapies
  • Leading physiotherapy practice in line with clinical governance and professional standards
  • Conducting assessments and treatments for individuals with highly complex neurological conditions
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating individual rehabilitation plans
  • Applying evidence-based clinical reasoning to create personalised care strategies
  • Selecting and using appropriate physiotherapy assessment tools
  • Participating in clinical audits and outcome measurement
  • Conducting clinical risk assessments and developing risk management plans
  • Identifying and sourcing specialist equipment for residents with complex physical needs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • HCPC registrationas a Physiotherapist
  • Post-qualifying experiencein a relevant clinical setting
  • Up-to-date knowledge ofevidence-based physiotherapy practice
  • A solid understanding ofregulatory frameworksand inspection processes
  • Demonstratedcontinued professional development
