We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Band 4 Nursing Associate to work within our Dunstable Primary Home Care Team. You will be based in Dunstable, however staff are expected to cover across the bases if needed.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within the community nursing setting, with the possibility of being supported to complete your Nursing qualification.

You will have the opportunity to facilitate self-care for patients with long‑term conditions, promote health and participate in innovative activities and projects that enhance patient service delivery and staff wellbeing.

Experience in the field of adult community services is desirable but a willingness to learn and contribute is more important.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to service users in the community home care setting.
  • Facilitate patient self‑care, health promotion and support with long‑term conditions.
  • Participate in innovative projects and activities that enhance patient service delivery and staff wellbeing.
  • Conduct home visits and cover multiple bases as required.
  • Work within the established shift pattern covering 7 days a week from 08:00–21:00.
Qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience in adult community services is desirable.
  • Motivated, dynamic, and willing to learn and contribute.
  • Ability to work the required shift pattern (08:00–21:00, 7 days a week).
Benefits and Opportunities
  • Excellent development and training opportunities with potential to support completion of your Nursing qualification.
  • Flexible working arrangements available (job share, part‑time, flexible pattern).
  • Relocation scheme offer up to £10,000 for removal and associated expenses (subject to change, terms and conditions apply).
  • Work in a team that values staff, aims to be an Outstanding Trust, and has received awards for excellence.
  • Involvement in quality improvement projects and continuous service refinement.
  • Work within a diverse and inclusive workforce that celebrates staff backgrounds and experiences.
