We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Band 4 Nursing Associate to work within our Dunstable Primary Home Care Team. You will be based in Dunstable, however staff are expected to cover across the bases if needed.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within the community nursing setting, with the possibility of being supported to complete your Nursing qualification.
You will have the opportunity to facilitate self-care for patients with long‑term conditions, promote health and participate in innovative activities and projects that enhance patient service delivery and staff wellbeing.
Experience in the field of adult community services is desirable but a willingness to learn and contribute is more important.
