A leading healthcare provider in Solihull is looking for a Theatre Services Coordinator to ensure high-quality service delivery in surgical theatres. Candidates will assist with various theatre activities, monitor consumable stocks, and maintain a tidy work environment. Applicants should have I.T skills, a Care Certificate or NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care, and relevant experience in a healthcare setting. This role offers a Band 3 salary between £24,072 and £25,674, alongside valuable benefits.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Theatre Services Co‑ordinator at Solihull Hospital Surgical Theatres, who will be an integral part of the wider theatres team. This role will entail assisting to ensure appropriate and effective delivery of services to support and maintain the environment and services to our patients and the department.
The workload will be varied and at times; being able to prioritise your workload, liaise with colleagues and multitask efficiently will allow you to perform the role effectively. Success will see you use your excellent communication and organisational skills and be confident to make judgements unaided. You will be able to work proactively to problem‑solve and work on your own initiative.
You will work within Theatres and be exposed to live operations to include Colorectal, Urology, Breast, Plastics, Orthopaedics, Robotic & Upper Gastrointestinal. Prior to applying you may wish to consider if this is a comfortable environment for you to work in.

All the above comes with a remuneration package of a Band 3 – starting salary of £24,072 rising to £25,674 along with benefits to include 27 days + bank holidays, with the opportunity to buy and sell leave and a renowned NHS pension.
