Job Summary

The successful candidate will be based at Prince Philip Hospital and will be required to undertake a wide range of duties appropriate to the post and job description, including receiving and handling samples, entering patient details into the Laboratory's computer system, transporting samples to laboratory areas, and acting as first point of contact for Patients and Nursing/Medical staff both face‑to‑face and by telephone enquiries. Full in‑house training will be provided upon commencement under the direction of the Pathology Reception Team Leader.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. Interviews will be held on 17/12/2025. Working Hours

The post will be 20 hours per week with a working pattern of Monday to Friday 1 pm to 5 pm.
