About the Role
We’re hiring a B2C Ecommerce Creative Strategist to help us make ads that sell.
This isn’t about brand fluff or campaigns that just “look nice.” It’s about performance — digging into audiences, testing hooks and angles, and creating ads that drive revenue.
You’ll sit between media buying, production, and post-production — leading ideation, writing scripts/briefs, and making sure good ideas turn into great ads. If you love combining creativity with numbers, and you know what makes people click “buy,” this is the role for you.
Disclaimer: This is not brand awareness work. It’s e-commerce, direct response, constant testing, UGC, and ads that move numbers. You’ll lead ideas from insight → concept → script → launch. If you can’t mix creativity with performance, this role isn’t for you.
