About the Role

We are seeking an experienced B2B Product Marketing Manager to join a small, collaborative marketing team in London. You will play a critical role in developing and delivering product marketing strategies for high-value medical research solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the UK product marketing function, working closely with colleagues across the US and APAC, and to make an immediate impact during an exciting period of change and growth for the business.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Product Marketing & Value Storytelling
    • Own and execute the global product marketing strategy for a defined portfolio of institutional solutions.
    • Shape clear, compelling value stories that translate technical and content-rich products into outcomes that matter for healthcare researchers, educators, and institutional buyers.
    • Define and maintain positioning frameworks, personas, and messaging guides aligned to audience needs, product capabilities, and commercial goals.
    • Leverage customer insight, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to guide product marketing and influence the product roadmap.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership
    • Lead go-to-market planning for product launches and key feature enhancements—including messaging, sales readiness, launch planning, and success metrics.
    • Work cross-functionally with Central Marketing, Product, and Field teams to ensure coordinated global execution.
    • Contribute to strategic roadmap conversations by bringing a market-facing perspective and identifying emerging customer needs or opportunities.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Develop and maintain sales enablement tools including messaging guides, persona briefs, pitch decks, objection handling, and competitive insights.
    • Equip sales and field marketing teams with clear narratives and assets that support every stage of the customer journey.
    • Deliver updates for Sales, Customer Success, and Field Marketing to ensure alignment and consistency in the field.
  • Performance & Optimisation
    • Set and track KPIs related to product marketing impact (e.g. messaging adoption, lead quality, campaign ROI, market penetration).
    • Use performance data, customer feedback, and market signals to adjust and refine messaging and strategy.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and reinforce the role of Product Marketing as a growth engine.
Experience & Skills
  • Previous B2B product marketing experience, ideally in academic publishing, healthcare, life sciences, or SaaS.
  • Strong track record in developing strategic product positioning, GTM plans, and customer-facing messaging.
  • Proven ability to craft value narratives that connect with institutional decision-makers across regions.
  • Experienced working across global, matrixed organisations with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communicator, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and bringing structure to complex marketing challenges.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, DOMO, and Marketo a plus.
  • Prior experience supporting health librarians, researchers, or clinicians is a strong advantage.
