A well-known Exhibition/Conference organiser is seeking an experienced Exhibition Sales Director to manage flagship shows in the UK. You will oversee hiring, training, and mentoring of staff while leading sales strategies and budgeting. Ideal candidates should have 7-10 years in B2B exhibitions and proven leadership abilities. This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000, with OTE up to £100,000 based on performance, alongside great career growth opportunities.

  • 7 to 10 years’ experience in B2B Exhibitions.
  • 3 years of proven man-management experience.
  • Strong sales leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 2 Direct reports.
  • Full responsibility for Hiring, Firing, Training and Mentoring.
  • Strategy, Forecasting and budget responsibility for the 2 shows.
