B/AR Lead - Billing and Accounts Receivable

As the B/AR Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of revenue cycle processes to meet key departmental KPI’s. You will assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the department whilst monitoring the performance of your team through reporting and regular audits, identifying where additional support may be required and recognising high performance. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration between colleagues and departments and with external stakeholders, identifying areas for opportunity and removing barriers to success.
