A leading provider of cloud services in London seeks an experienced event manager to oversee B2B event programs. Responsibilities include executing event strategies, managing logistics, and ensuring high-quality delivery across programs. Candidates should have over 5 years in event management, strong project management skills, and a bachelor's degree. This role involves active onsite execution during events and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced event manager to execute end-to-end operations and delivery of B2B event programs and workstreams within AWS's flagship event portfolio (geographic focus: Europe, Middle East and Africa). This includes our large-scale AWS Summit program where customers can learn more about AWS through keynotes, hands‑on technical sessions, and interactive learning opportunities that cover a range of topics from cloud migration to AI.
This role requires strong program management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring high‑quality delivery. You will be responsible for implementing event strategies across various disciplines (e.g., content, operations, platforms, or specialized audience programs) and playing a key role in onsite execution during live events.
The preferred location for this role is London (UK). Other locations that can be considered are Paris (France), Munich (Germany) and Amsterdam (Netherlands).

Join our AWS EMEA Events Team looking after AWS Flagship Events across Europe, Middle East and Africa. We are a diverse team of driven event program managers known to deliver bar‑raising event strategy, planning, and execution for AWS flagship events. We work backwards from our external and internal customers and innovate on their behalf. And we obviously work hard, have fun and make history.
