Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Maintenance leaders on talent acquisition plans.
• Execute recruitment and sourcing activities, including job fairs.
• Prescreen candidates and present to Maintenance leaders.
