Qualifications

• Proven experience in production planning or scheduling.
• Strong understanding of data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and optimise the full production schedule.
• Work closely with Production Team Leaders for resource availability.
• Communicate production capability and constraints.
• Maintain the monthly PSI plan for management approval.
• Create, maintain and monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) jobs.
• Track performance through Daily Management practices.
• Support continuous improvement efforts.

Skills

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Experience using Sage, Oracle, or another ERP/MRP platform

Confidence with Microsoft Power BI

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication abilities

Self-starter attitude
