Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is recruiting a Service Advisor for a premier automotive dealership in Bexhill-on-Sea. You will greet customers, manage workshop bookings, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a smooth handover from booking to service completion.

The role requires at least 2 years in motor trade service advising or high-volume customer service, and a valid UK driving licence. In return, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary up to £32,000 with realistic £36,000 OTE, a generous 33 days holiday,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in motor trade service advising or high-volume customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills with an organized approach to bookings, calls, and updates.
• Valid Full UK Driving Licence (required).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and serve as the face of the dealership front desk.
• Manage inbound/outbound service calls and booking communications.
• Coordinate with the workshop and technicians to update customers on progress.
• Upsell relevant products and services as appropriate.
• Maintain high standards of customer service from booking to handover.
