Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Full UK Driving Licence (required for moving/allocating courtesy vehicles).
• Solid computer literacy for database entry, appointment logging, and processing job cards.
• Previous motor trade, retail, or hospitality experience is advantageous, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at the front desk.
• Manage front-desk appointment bookings and liaise with workshop.
• Update clients on vehicle progress and processing service payments.
• Coordinate with workshop on MOT bookings and courtesy cars, and build detailed job cards.
