Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Reading is seeking a proactive Service Advisor to join our busy automotive dealership. You will be the main point of contact for incoming workshop clients, greet customers at the front desk, handle service calls, manage vehicle bookings, and keep customers updated on repair progress while liaising with the workshop team.

We offer up to £30,000 basic plus a realistic £36,000 OTE, with an uncapped bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus with a presentable, professional, and reliable approach.
• Previous experience in motor trade aftersales, dealership service reception, or high-volume retail customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication, team-player, and IT skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
