Hawk Hiring LTD is representing a premier family-run automotive group in the Tunbridge Wells area for a Customer Service Advisor / Service Writer. You will be the main link between customers and the workshop, handling service bookings, explaining vehicle health checks, and preparing repair quotes to support end-to-end satisfaction.

This on-site role offers a £33,000 basic salary with a bonus structure, with hours Monday to Friday and a 1-in-3 Saturday rota, plus benefits including 28 days

Formación

• Experience as Service Advisor/Service Writer or automotive customer service.
• Strong communication and customer-first mindset.
• Proficient with workshop management DMS software and computer systems.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Handle service bookings and liaise with workshop team.
• Explain vehicle health checks clearly and prepare repair quotes.
• Deliver end-to-end customer satisfaction with a 5-star experience.
• Assist with upselling vehicle health checks where appropriate.
