You’ll handle bookings, liaise with technicians, discuss repairs, order parts, and support administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the workshop, guiding customers from first contact to vehicle pickup.
• Schedule work, manage workload and liaise with technicians for smooth operations.
• Contact customers to discuss repairs and obtain approval for work.
• Order parts from suppliers and update the system as parts arrive to keep workflow on track.
• Respond to email inquiries, schedule bookings, and support administrative tasks for branch efficiency.
• Collaborate with team, assist managers, and uphold company policies.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current and confident in the role.

Overview:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our workshop, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers from their first contact to vehicle pickup. Your role is central to helping drivers get back on the road safely and efficiently while contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers both face-to-face and over the phone, explaining repairs in an understandable way
• Manage a busy workload efficiently, scheduling work and liaising with technicians to ensure smooth workshop operations
• Contact customers to discuss vehicle repairs and gain approval for work needed
• Order parts from suppliers, update the system when parts arrive, and ensure workflow continues seamlessly
• Respond to email enquiries, schedule bookings, and support administrative tasks to keep the branch running effectively
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, assisting managers and upholding company policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and skills development to stay current and confident in your role

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Strong customer service skills, with excellent communication abilities
• Confident in using computers and making/receiving phone calls
• Ability to stay organized and maintain quality service in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have:

• Industry experience (not essential but preferred)
