Job summary

The Abbey seeks an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to join a brand-new branch, acting as the link between customers and the workshop team. You will welcome customers, book vehicles, prepare estimates, and keep clients informed on progress and costs, while collaborating with technicians and the Workshop Controller to shape the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Receptionist, or similar role.
• Good understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organised and able to handle multiple jobs; comfortable with workshop/DMS systems.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to be the link between our customers and workshop team. You'll have the chance to play a key role in shaping the customer experience, working closely with the Workshop Controller and having the freedom to bring your own ideas, personality, and creativity to the role.
