A leading consultancy in automotive solutions is seeking an experienced Automotive Programme Manager to lead initiatives in Accessories Sales and Service Retention. This role requires strong automotive aftersales experience and excellent stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will track performance metrics, manage client relationships, and coach team members to achieve targets. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and a competitive salary along with generous bonuses and benefits is offered.

We're looking for a Programme Manager with strong automotive aftersales experience to lead the delivery of key initiatives, including Accessories Sales, Service Retention, and E-commerce development.
Please note that is essential for candidates to have Automotive experience to be considered for this role. Experience within Aftersales is also heavily desired but is not essential as training can be provided on this.
Bachelor degree in business or related preferred
