Location: Remote

Job Type: Contract: 20 Hours per week (min)

About the Role

We are looking for an Automation and Data Expert to join our dynamic music marketing team. This role involves leveraging data analytics and automation tools to optimize our marketing strategies, drive efficiencies, and enhance client outcomes. You will be responsible for implementing and managing automated workflows, analyzing campaign performance, and providing recommendations based on data insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement automated workflows in CRM and marketing platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze data from various marketing channels to provide actionable insights and drive campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage data integrity within our systems, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to design data-driven strategies that meet client goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different automation strategies to find the most effective approaches.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in marketing technology and automation tools, recommending new solutions when appropriate.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing automation, data analysis, and/or technology solutions, such as Make.com, N8N, Zapier, or AI Agents
  • Familiar with basic coding and data management, eg Python, Java, Html, Graph QL, SQL
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, Monday.com. or similar platforms.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau) is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable strategies.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • A passion for music and an understanding of the music industry's landscape is a plus.
